What is our process?

Before we consider potential candidates we ensure that they are compliant and they have the following documents in place:

  • IELTS English test.
  • Police clearance valid within 3 months.
  • Validation of training certificates.
  • TB test.
  • Full employment history.

Once we have interviewed the candidate and you offer them employment, we would support with the following:

  • Travel arrangements.
  • NI registration.
  • Opening a UK bank account.
  • GP registration.
  • UK accommodation if required.

Fees and Charges

  • Gain Healthcare reserves the right to charge administrative fees, which cover the cost of documentation verification, practical training, adaptation, company car insurance, accommodation, ID badge, uniform, DBS and other miscellaneous costs.
  • As an incentive, Gain Healthcare will issue a full refund of the administration fee after two years of continuous employment under Gain Healthcare Limited.
  • We will provide a Certificate of Sponsorship once all checks and candidate compliance have been verified.
  • We do not process Visa’s. Visa’s are processed and issued by the Home Office therefore the final decision lies with them.
  • The process takes at least 18 weeks as per Home Office guidelines.
  • Administration charges will only be refunded before any submissions are made to the Home Office.
  • By submitting an application, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 
  • Gain Healthcare pays for ALL Immigration Skills charges.
